Depression eating

Hi Everyone,
Well this week i have blown it,i have had the worst week i could,Work is doing my head in,i dont know if im coming or going,so im worried what is going to happen to my job,and then i havent been following the diet so p**sed of about that,and now i have got a cough,runny nose and sneezing,And if i do that in work i wont be allowed in and i dont get sick pay,WHAT ELSE CAN GO WRONG.........................................................:break_diet::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::sigh::sigh::sigh::sigh::sigh::sigh::sigh::cry::cry::cry::cry::(:(:(:(:(

Why no sick pay , surley you would get SSP?

Sorry to hear you are feeling down, try to eat pasta, pulses, beans etc they can help with the feeling of being fuler quicker and would stop you from binging on high sugars foods. This food group is only a quick fix for when you feel down. They are highly addictive and will need to be topped up, ie chocolate, cakes, biscuites etc.

i have always done red days,i not been on a green one before,can you eat how much pasta you want,and is it cheaper on green as i have got a reaaally small budget of £40 to last me about 2 weeks

hey i know how you feel i have suffered from depression and i recently had swine flu and as i hadnt been at the place i work for long enough i didnt get sick pay!!!!

all i can say is maybe start a weight loss diary as it does help get stuff of your chest! ALSO think of the slimming world plan as something you can control.

well i have been in my work now for 18 months and they dont give sick pay whatever,its a private residential home and the manager is,well i wont say it,


I am really annoyed about everything this week,
