determined, but think I will need support!

Hey everyone,

I am sitting at home, feeling rather sorry for myself! I have put on lots of weight in the last two years, and I have not been able to stop it. It made me feel a bit better that my boyfriend was in the same boat, but he has managed to lose quite a few pounds (we have nearly the same breakfast, lunch, dinner and job so who knows how he did it!) but it makes me feel terrible when I cant shift this tummy!

So I weighed myself, and have started to eat just low cal food. I planning on following a 1000 cal diet menu next week, just for the week to kick start my weight loss.

I know that I'm a total weakling, so I have come on here looking for others who feel the same as I do so we can help each other. Being this weight makes me miserable, none of my clothes fit, Im sure my boyfriend is repulsed by me lol.

Anyway I'm Dee and I am going to be thin!!!!!!!!!!!!

If i eat the same as my hubby i be the size as a house!! women need 500 less calories a day then men, and its said that men burn calories faster then women :(( (my hubby has a sitting job) and i walk about 5-6 miles a day and he looses more weight than me most weeks.
