Determined to lose the last half

Hi everyone,

First post! I'm here because I'm fed up of yo-yoing around my present weight. I lost about 8kg a couple of summers ago, but got stuck on the remaining 6kg and never finished. At the moment I always seem to be on a diet I'm not sticking to, so feeling guilty without progress. What's more, I feel like I'm slowly creeping back up. Enough! Here's the plan:

-Log everything I eat on myfitnesspal
-Aim for 1400 calories per day, but keep logging & keep dieting even if I go over that
-Continue with couchto5k (about to start week 2!)
-Complete a diary here every day
-Weigh in with my ticker every Monday (hoping for ~0.5kg/week weight loss)
