I kind of do slimming world but have noticed recently that the diet is not suiting me. I can eat very little through the week and trying to eat all that I'm allowed on slimming world is really bloating me. I have decided to try just counting calories. Do you all follow a specific diet or just eat well and count calories?

Also, is there a diary thread so I can see examples of what you all eat on a typical day?
