Hi! Never done a diet like this before, I've tried cutting out the junk from my diet and then tried ww a couple of times since my son was born. I sometimes don't feel as though it's getting any easier, especially when I'm sorting lol 'und food out during the holidays but I can now get into a smaller size of clothes and keep thinking that when I'm back at work (I'm a teacher) that I'll have more distractions and it won't feel as bad.
When's your weigh in day? Have you had a sneaky jump on any scales?!
