So I am back on track, food on cooking, house full of nice tastey syn free goodies.
Heres a few pics of my food diary this week, have been keeping up my insta, but not so good on minis, I promise ill post all here soon, I just needed to get my kitchen unpacked and new house in order so I could take the time to chill out on the sofa and type :)

Found a vegetable market that is on every Saturday so I am delighted to find it, was able to get fresh chillis, ginger, courgette, beansprouts and leeks. Looking forward to making some stirfry and goodies.
 
Dinner this eve, was Cottage pie. 5 % beef loaded with speedy goodness, carrots, leeks, onions, celery and added some peas for more protein. Made with stockpots and herbs. Mash is just potato, salt & pepper.

All set for another 100% on plan day tomorrow, healthy extras will be milk for coffee (again) and then some gluten free bread to go with my leek and potato soup for lunch.

Cheers Zafira, yeah I find if I don't log it I don't count it that's why I was maintaining as I was in denial about overeating on syns. 100% on plan now and even back to batch cooking.
 
So today so far has been good, for breakfast I made a fruit platter and baked some oats with dark choc chips and caramel for 3 syns and hexb

Still adjusting to my new oven but my oats are getting there, this bisuits are amazing, a little chewy but I love the texture, normally I use some orange zest but today fancied some caramel.

Hi marybobs, love your thread. Gonna make sure I keep checking it out. I see your on Instagram, me too. My daughter got me started and has shown me how to, very basically, post, like and add comments. That's an hour of her life she will never get back lol. Would love to follow you, but don't have a clue how to do it.

Today was a good day
Breakfast: was tea and a rocky rd HiFi
Two mandarins
Lunch: chicken salad extra greens :)
Diet coke
Afternoon: tea and choc Alpen light
Dinner: beef stirfry and rice, onions, peppers, green beans and snap peas.
Coke zero
Syns 3 so far might treat myself :)
