Diary of a mad 39 and a bit year old barrel ;)

Well this is day one of my food diary. I have dieted on and off since I was 16 and all it has done is build up am obsession with food that I never had before I started dieting!
The 1st Ever diet I did was slimming world, back in the days when it was red and green and corned beef was free!! Lol
I've done Cambridge briefly, until I collapsed at work and got a royal telling of from a midwife (I work on delivery suite)

I have mainly done WW, but I feel that SW is the most family friendly, so SW it is!
I am doing this from home as I work shifts and cannot commit to a group, but I have been reading these diaries and they are fab! I am so inspired by you all. So my head is in the right place, all of my family are behind me. I have a set of SW books that have an extra easy book so I'm guessing they are quite recent?!

I would love some readers and guidance, and new friends! Why not? ?
So here are my aims:
1) drink 2 litres of water a day
2) update diary daily
3) keep a weekly syn total (this is something we could do in the past. Is it ok?)
4) stick to plan 100%
5) off days happen. Get back on that wagon!
6) be happy with any loss. Know that a females body works in weird ways!

So Saturday is my WI day! Hubby is my consultant lol
Today's weight: 18st 12lbs ? not my heaviest but certainly not my lightest! At my heaviest I've got to 20st! And I'm on the slippery slope back there! ....until today ?

EE day

No brekkie! Had a lie in and went shopping!

Well that's what I've planned and I think planning will be key. Am going to sit and plan the rest of the weeks menus as I have 3 12 hour shifts in a row ?

Quick update on syns yesterday. Had a bowl of fresh fruit with merangue nest with fat free yogurt

So here's Monday! Day 3. Not even a wobble insight!
Day off today so I have loads of laundry and cooking to do. Have 3 12 hour shifts together after today so I have to get organised.
My daughter back at school today, have my 2 ye old son for company :)

Kind of a weird day yesterday. My hubby's nan passed.
When I got home from work at 9pm i didn't have dinner, was too tired.

So I have weighed in a day early as we are off out early in the morning and I like to weigh at the same time lol
So week 1 result: 5lbs off!!! Fantastic result! I have eat fab food and I'm very happy. I am due star week any day now and I feel bloated so I am amazed at 5lbs!

So I didn't update yesterday but I had a good day with food

Day 10.

66 syns left. Had some of hubby's chilli crisps last night. They worked out at 7 for a serving but as I hadn't weighed them I have counted 10 to be safe.

So day 10 and I came home from the school run starving soon have had a big brekkie.
Have a busy week this week. It's my sons 3rd birthday a week today but his party on Sunday. I am working thurs and fri this week. Present shopping Saturday plus I am baking his cake myself. Then the party day!

So I have had a week off plan. So many things happening. My sons birthday, my sisters birthday. I have eaten my own body weight in cake! Went out last night with my sis and drank few bacardis.
Have woken up this morning and thought. I'll have today off..it's a bank holiday. But no my line is drawn ------------------------ back to plan.
So day 21 I think but I'm saying 14 as I haven't been on plan!

Not really sure what breakfast will be, so will report back later.
