Well this is day one of my food diary. I have dieted on and off since I was 16 and all it has done is build up am obsession with food that I never had before I started dieting!
The 1st Ever diet I did was slimming world, back in the days when it was red and green and corned beef was free!! Lol
I've done Cambridge briefly, until I collapsed at work and got a royal telling of from a midwife (I work on delivery suite)
I have mainly done WW, but I feel that SW is the most family friendly, so SW it is!
I am doing this from home as I work shifts and cannot commit to a group, but I have been reading these diaries and they are fab! I am so inspired by you all. So my head is in the right place, all of my family are behind me. I have a set of SW books that have an extra easy book so I'm guessing they are quite recent?!
I would love some readers and guidance, and new friends! Why not? ?
So here are my aims:
1) drink 2 litres of water a day
2) update diary daily
3) keep a weekly syn total (this is something we could do in the past. Is it ok?)
4) stick to plan 100%
5) off days happen. Get back on that wagon!
6) be happy with any loss. Know that a females body works in weird ways!
So Saturday is my WI day! Hubby is my consultant lol
Today's weight: 18st 12lbs ? not my heaviest but certainly not my lightest! At my heaviest I've got to 20st! And I'm on the slippery slope back there! ....until today ?
EE day
No brekkie! Had a lie in and went shopping!
Brunch!
Bacon, scrambled egg, baked beans and toast (HEb) semi skimmed milk in coffee (HEa) spread on toast 2syns
Snack: apple,plums
Dinner
Pasta with chicken and chorizo 8 syns for chorizo
Dessert
Strawberries and raspberries with muller and meringue nest 3 syns
Drinks
3 pints of water with lemon
2 coffees
Green tea
Coke Zero
Total syns:13/ 105. 92 remaining syns
Well that's what I've planned and I think planning will be key. Am going to sit and plan the rest of the weeks menus as I have 3 12 hour shifts in a row ?
