Diary of a slimmer Loopeylou !!

Just done a trial on my nails for hols, it's got a glitter topcoat (gel nails set by UV) :) I'm lovin the sparkles for sunny Florida.

Toads been a good day, tons of ironing then nails and now watching Bones :)

I have a gel kit but not used it yet. I did my own acrylics before (yep the nail technicians wont like that lol) but it's not the easiest. From what I have read gel nails are easier. I might have a go on mine soon x

They are so easy to do :) my sister and I brought the kit, lamp and I buy a new colour every month to spread cost. They took about an hour to soak off and redo but saves £30 at nail bars X

I find the weekends so hard, no schedule just find them awful LOL saying this I lost despite having extra protein yesterday

Dont stress hun, sure your losses be ace regardless Xx

I love weekends but yes the weekdays on plan are so much easier as there's more structure and less time due to work!
Hoping for 3 this week, 3 days left.....ketosis is string ATM as son says my death breath is disgusting lol

Weigh in result this week is 3lb :D, totm also this morning so very happy with that!!

Have now lost 35lb in 9 weeks but i've passed my 5 stone total loss ( some pre S&S ) with flying colours. Hubbie has now lost 34.25lb so nice to know that even with my planned girly weekend off a few weeks ago I'm still in the lead lol.

I've dropped from a 20 to a 16-18 depending on sytle and cut ( far more 16's though :) ), holiday clothes are colourful and gorgeous....at my biggest I was a 26. The last time I went to Florida in 2003 I was over 20st and a size 26 so its going to be a very different holiday :D

Hubbie has gone from an XXL and 42-44in waist to L-XL and 38-40 waist again depending on cuts etc.

Were both very different people with so much to thank S&S for, its really made us both look at food in a different way ...thank god!!

Ahhhh well done Hun to ur and the hubby! Ur Hol is going to be absolutely amazing!!!! You wil both feel on top of the world, I hope u have such a great time :D xxx
