Yes will be back on plan the wed after getting back as its my birthday on the tues and were out at cafe rouge
At least I know I can manage to control on refeed now lol Xx

Happy as I lost 1/2 lb this week after refeed.
I'm managing potato, oats, yogurt and fruit etc and still a loss.... Happy days ( and thanks to MFP to track cals )

I'm so surprised as didn't expect a loss, increased to around 1300-1400 cals a day too!
Will be gaining in Florida though lol but will deal with that when we get home !!! Going to savour and enjoy haha

Our philosophy exactly, too many things to try and we've waited 7 years for this lol

Will def be back on plan as hubbie and I love the ease and results the plan gives and really want to lose the remaining weight in 2012 Xx

Our 15 year old son is coming, he's so excited its untrue lol

Packing tonight, do hair, sort overnight bag for Gatwick tomorrow night...leaving work early at 4 tomorrow so we can set off around 5-5.30
