    After having a big celebratory gain :( I am now hoping to get back on track and continuing on my journey.

    Thursday (green day)

    Feeling very motivated :)

    Breakfast
    SW fried egg
    All bran with SS milk.

    Snack
    Apple

    Lunch
    Cheese, Leek and Ham Pasta & sauce [1 syn] with salad

    Wow, lunch was absolutely gorgeous. Proper stuffed now though, lol.

    Mushy pea curry with a baked sweet potato

    Bacon, egg & mushroom on a breadcake

    Tuna and boiled egg salad

    Snack
    Fruit
    I refused cakes in a meeting this afternoon, which im very happy about

    Dinner
    Pork steaks with mash.

    Semi-skimmed milk
    Potatoes

    HEB
    Small wholemeal breadcake

    Small nob of butter in the potato
    Chocolate
    I went way over my syn allowance for today. I had a major chocolate overdose, but it is out of my system now...hopefully.
