Finally got my slimming mojo back. Lost 4.5 st before having my trio and have piled it all back on ( and maybe a little more) so now want to get rid of the extra pounds. Not able to go to group so going to try & do it alone with help from this fab site.

Thursday 9th Oct
B-grapefruit, orange & banana
L-ham &cottage cheese salad, yoghurt
D-lamb, butternut squash, carrots, cauli, broccoli, sprouts, yoghurt

HEa milk /cheese
HEb hifi, ryvita mini's

Syns-gravy, gin, thorn tons choc.
 
Friday 10/10

B - oat biscuits & grapefruit
L - chicken & cottage cheese salad, yog
D - lamb, couscous, carrot & butternut wedges

Hea milk
Heb - oats

Syns wine. & 1x choc
 
Sat 11/10/14

B-kiwi & oat bics
L- pepper & courgette fritatta & salad
D - turkey casserole rice & broccoli plum & yog

HEa - milk/ cheese
HEb - oats

Syns choc buttons, wine
