I brought baskets from dunelm mill - £5 each bug they can be reused as picnic baskets...I have been looking and decided my mums is going to be wine, Pringles, toblerone and home made goodies and Rogers mums is going to be wine, cheese, chocolate and crackers and home made goodies...

The home made goodies are going to be peanut butter fudge, truffles, chilli jam, possibly chutney, possibly raspberry jam, chocolate muffins, Christmas cake and maybe some cheese straws or something like that and the meringue snowmen in the Ww magazines :)

I have actually had a lovely day. Was nice just wondering together not having to worry about when we were home to cook dinner and just lovely shopping together. :)

Wow, sounds fab!! I'm sure the recipients will be thrilled :) I would xxx

Oooh! They sound delish! :) I'm doing a 'breakfast' hamper for my uncle, an 'after dinner' hamper for my Grandmother and a more joking 'perfect night in' hamper for my Aunt (That one will include chocolates, haribo, a voucher entitling them to one free night of babysitting, bath stuff, a dominos pizza ad and a couple of condoms :p) she's the kind of person who'll see the funny side :p

Evening...

Haven't had much time to update today as been busy then been enjoying my evening with my hubby.

Anyway food is as follows

L - ham sandwich - 7pp
D - chicken in peppercorn sauce meal and vegetables - 8pp

Snacks - 200ml skimmed milk (for coffee) - 2pp, velvet crunch crisps - 2pp, shape mousse - 2pp and dark rich toffee -2pp and fudge - 2pp

Tomorrow I am out at lunch which was the one cancelled from last week. I haven't seen my friend for over a year so wonder what if anything she will make of the slimmed down me. Last time I lost weight my friend Sarah, who has been doing Ww with me, and rosemary, who I am meeting tomorrow all did it together and we all put the weight back on so interested in what tomorrow brings.

1/2 a lb is great!!

Did you enjoy the Burger King? And I never knew they did chicken nuggets at Burger King.

What type of coffee maker is it? I love nice coffee!

You can't actually see my desk in any of the pictures. We are a fairly large open plan office. The tv is for recording interviews and surveillance in our fraud department so we can't watch tv :(

I actually didn't enjoy my Burger King as I wanted a whopper. My hubby eats so badly that its his favourite so I was making the most of what was there - although after I ordered and paid they offered to make me a salad! I was like ummmm a bit late but I know for future.

I have half a pound to go for my 3 stone. Was a bit gutted on Saturday so hopefully will make it this week

The coffee maker is a delonghi easm 4200. It makes great coffee :) he is over the moon with it

How are you? Xxx

So today was a lovely day.

B - cereal bar - 2pp
L - carvery - turkey, beef, 4 potatoes ( 2 roast and 2 new) and veg - pointed at 14pp
D - soup and Ww petit pain - 5pp

Snacks - pecan bar - 2pp and rich toffee bar - 2pp

And I have 3pp but genuinely not hungry so not going to eat for the sake of it

Well rosemary my friend had also decided this was her year to diet so there we were all of us - having lost 10 stone between us! How amazing is that. We had a lovely lunch and a great catch up. Was wonderful :)

Excited for dinner tomorrow as its Spanish chicken - yum yum yum....can't wait already :)

Wow, you and your friends have had some amazing weight losses!! Fantastic :)

Food looks scrumptious as ever, and you won't believe this, as this is spooking me out, but we have so much in common that we even have the same coffee machine.......no joke!!

Omg that is so unbelievably spooky!!! How freaky. It's my hubby's present. I have been allowed to touch it yet but I live the cappuccinos. I have had to be good and restrict them!!

Any tips on best coffee beans as we are experimenting at the moment.

I think you are really my long lost twin....lol. It's to spooky to be real xxx

Separated at birth lol. Honestly, I was spooked when I saw that machine, I thought to myself, here's another similarity!!!
We've had our machine for just under a year and I have tried many beans. Like you, I was buying lots of different brands to see what I liked. My favourite was Costa's. they sold tins of beans but around 3 months ago the stopped doing them and only sell the ground coffee. What a bummer as I love their coffee.
I have a makro card and last time I was there I bought a large bag of platinum coffee. It's pleasant, not bitter, strong but not harsh. The small bags in the supermarkets just annoy me. We go through lots of it and a small pack wasn't lasting hence the catering packs we now buy.
You can try online, there are many coffee bean suppliers and they are reasonably priced too xxxxxx

We spent all day Sunday looking for beans in costa to find they had all sold out. We got illy or something like that but going to look for some more this weekend in whittards.

As my hubby is self employed we can get a bookers card too so might look for wholesale beans in bookers.

Isn't it freaky how my the sheer miracle of a diet forum you can find someone who you are a minded spirit with :) it's so spooky :) xxx

Oh everyone please please please keep you fingers crossed for me tomorrow. I don't want to jinx it by saying why but just need all the good luck vibes you can muster and send them my way please :) xxx
