ProPoints Diary of a WW virgin

Do you think tomorrow could be sf - this is what I have planned - not sure if some of it would be sf or not

Hairy dieters crumpets (crumpets with fruit, Greek yogurt and a drizzle of honey)

Lunch - Ww petit pain, ww bacon medallions and egg (wanted ww cheese but doubt that is on sf?)

Dinner - beef hotpot (basically beef, potatoes, carrot and stock - know I would have to point the stock though)

Are ww yogurts on sf?
 
Hehehehe love it. Hubby always boasts about how he can eat what he likes and not put on a pound. He just went on the wii fit and while e weighs 8lbs less than me (he's 2 inches shorter than me) his bmi is higher than mine!!!
 
Well today was 2 high pointed meals. Brunch - ob pan breakfast with toast and beans - 13pp (hubby wanted me to use oil)

And dinner - easy crispy chicken by the hairy dieters with paprika wedges - 14pp

Snacked on fruit for the rest of the day

27/29pp - just enough for a Ww chocolate bar

Also did 30 minutes on wii fit - burnt 126 calories.
