i think no processed foods, no added salt, like just like meat and salads and veggies and like wholeweat pasta or breads etc.....xxx

DUST !!! although i expect there will be salt in there and i'll gain 5lb !!

natural foods, brown rice, non processed stuff so something like chicken breast with veg probs best for night before WI tea... although i do believe that as it changes having this thr day before getting a loss then having a treat on WI makes no difference really lol.. it's just getting those motivational losses

haha yer!!! im prob gonna talk all about it, what you should eat etc, then i wont do it myself! haha ! seen as my meals atm are ready meals for dinner, i cant be bothered to cook!! haha!! lasagne tonight YUMMMMM xxx
 
OOh were having lasagne tonight !! Woop woop love it !!... I suppose the soup was a good idea as i can never resist the garlic bread !! Grrrrr

yummy!!! im not having garlic bread tonight.......for the fact that im lazy and i cannot be bothered to go to tesco to get.........but now i have a MASSIVE craving for garlic bread!!! i have 3pp left and i think two slice tesco light choices garlic bread is 2pp....i have to have two! so 5pp it works out i think.

what garlic bread do u have and how many pp for the amount do u have? xxx

well this is the problem the lasagne is from aldi (no idea on points) and the garlic bread is ciabatta WW ones.. i think only 5pp for the whole thing and defo defo worth it, I always keep a few in freezer, only about 80p and lovely !

Subway sweet onion & chicken teriyaki including the bread & trimmings is 9pp. I love, love, love it!! Really fills you up with a diet coke, it's £4 in a meal deal at lunch & I wack loads of salad in it... Gerkins, red onion... Mmmmmm starving now. Ive got thin pork steaks with either roasted veg or pasta n sauce & veg. Waiting for my hubby to tell me what he wants lol!!

I just found the pasta n sauce in the cupboard whilst I was mooching for ideas lol! The garlic & herb one is 5pp for half, not had it for ages so might make a nice change! X

Has anyone ever done the Wendi plan for there weeklies? You structure your weeklies as pic below.

I've yet to try it because I weigh on a Saturday & then use loads of points as I always have tea round my mums with pudding & the trimmings lol x
 
I have heard about it and may give it a go..

I watched that secret eaters programme last night and COR it was watching myself with that woman.. being good all day then picking and snacking without realising, adding extra and not taking the extra cals into consideration.. They told her that if she stopped the picking and the crisps she could lose 3st in 10 months... well thats me bought !!! I'm expecting either a small gain or a sts tomorrow then after that i'm on a mission..

I also think that i may be better eating more of my weeklies in one go ( like the wendy plan) cos if i dont have them then i tend to imagine a rather large buffer, which is probs my downfall !!

So as the prgramme suggested smaller meals more often for me !!

Currently tucking into my fruit and fibre cereal YUM
