So after my friend within 3 months went from a size 14 to a size 8 I said I best get myself on this diet. I used to be a dancer for 10 years and never had to worry about my weight.. Then I got 2 jobs and college and soon had no time to fit dancing in anymore and suddenly I woke up at nearly 11 stone. I tried slimming world last year and when I weighed myself was first 10 stone 8 lbs.. Or 151lbs. After a few months on slimming world I got to 10 stone 140lbs. Then holiday season came and soon I had forgotten about slimming world. So now I'm back at another attempt.. Weighing in at 143 lbs/10 stone 2 lbs and have 5 weeks to holidays and would really like to get to 134lbs/9.5.
