Hi,
decided to start writing a food diary on here because I find that since I don't go to class I don't have much accountability! At least if I feel I have to write the diary on here I won't go as mad eating!!
I started late last September at around 9st 4lb, lost 8lb before Christmas.... getting to 8st 10lb and then I put back on most of that over Christmas and have been up and down since..currently at 9st 2.5lb which is only 1.5lb less than what I started on last October
I have been so unmotivated because it is definitely not as exciting to lose the same pounds again as it is to lose new ones! The plan is to get to 8st 7lb for my holiday in May and to get to 7st 13lb by the start of December in time for Christmas season!!
