Diary of getting to 8stone!

Hi,

decided to start writing a food diary on here because I find that since I don't go to class I don't have much accountability! At least if I feel I have to write the diary on here I won't go as mad eating!!

I started late last September at around 9st 4lb, lost 8lb before Christmas.... getting to 8st 10lb and then I put back on most of that over Christmas and have been up and down since..currently at 9st 2.5lb which is only 1.5lb less than what I started on last October :( I have been so unmotivated because it is definitely not as exciting to lose the same pounds again as it is to lose new ones! The plan is to get to 8st 7lb for my holiday in May and to get to 7st 13lb by the start of December in time for Christmas season!!
 
Monday 13th Feb!

Breakfast

Apple, orange, kiwi, nectarine, mango, grapes 0 points
Insomnia hot choc 8 (It is 14 with full fat milk..I had it with slimline so I'm just guessing the actual value!!)

Lunch

Brown bread sandwich with pesto, chicken and goats cheese 10 points

Snacks

Pineapple 0
Insomnia blueberry low fat muffin 11

Total: 29
 
Tues 14th Jan

So had a disastrous day but we'll blame valentines....:( ha

Breakfast
cornflakes 3
apple, kiwi, nectarine, grapes, mango 0
Alpen bar 1

Lunch
Choc and strawberry crepe...gonna guess 15..

Dinner
Subway (grabbed after an evenings drinking..oops!) 15

Snacks
Wine 16
Alpen bar 2

Total: 52/29

Already used all my weeklies at the weekend so gonna carry that over...so I'm over by 23..grr

Scales also wasn't very nice this morning...:(

:( hmmm not having a great start to this food diary...and might be out tomorrow night...:rolleyes: oh well...will get there eventually, only live once!!!

Blaming the long days in work for my poor diet...it will improve..

I am 44 over altogether this week which will go to weeklies
 
roll on the weekend..
 
here to follow. we have very similar start and goal weights. :).
