Diary to lose 11stone!

Hi everyone!
My name is Kelly & I need to lose 11 stone.
I am using the principles of Rosemary Conley diet and xenical and for exercise I'm going to the gym.
I'll say I started my diet yesterday but I did start before but just kept fart arsing about lol.
Ok so yesterday I had to eat....
Breakfast- beans on toast
Lunch- chicken & salad in pitta and few grapes.
Snack-(b4 gym at 4:30pm) 1 warburtons thin slice with hommous and cucumber.
Dinner at 7:30pm - pasta and pesto, lots of salad and 2 boiled eggs.

Gym workout- 15 minutes on bike, 25 mins on treadmill using incline & also varying speeds.

Ok so here's today's food and exercise what I've done.

Breakfast- branflakes and a banana with skimmed milk.
Lunch- 2x warburtons thins with hommous and cucumber, quavers & a pink n White wafer.
Snack- cup of tea with 2 ww biscuits.
Dinner- pasta in pesto, chicken in Chinese flavour, salad
Dessert- prob be fresh fruit and yogurt.

Exercise- 45 mins gym

I have around 11 stone to lose too and am on SW. I have also got Xenical but have not been using them for a while as have only just got back into "being good" and rejoined SW. May take them too to boost weight loss but am pleased with losing 10 pounds anyway in 2 weeks without them so far. Need to step up exercise too - you seem to be doing really well!
