MONDAY BREAKFAST berries and natural yogurt... 2 boiled egg
DINNER pasta salad with a bit of quark stir in
TEA: wow done a curry off sw website forgot to take photo but was bloody gorgeous must remember though to let curry cool down more before adding yougurt as it curdled a bit but will still lovley chicken,rice peas,spinach,onions mushrooms tomatoes and lots of herbs

THURSDAY why have I jumped on scales when I don't get weighed till tommorow as it says ice gained 2lb I know I'm having star week but stuck to plan

well yesterday was a great day not syn wise had a complete afternoon drinking cocktails and food so think rest of the week will be syn free

Yeah weigh in 2 lbs off now 12 stone 11 lbs that's 9.5 lbs in 4 weeks well chuffed
