Honestly... I cant do without it now.
When I do one I stay on track, I loose weight and I feel better.
I can check over what I did and get advice.
When I dont do it, I slip. I dont feel as accountable and I dont worry as much. Who will know if I have that?! etc.
I would really advise it. Even if you cant do it everyday...
Mine is starting to become just somewhere to ramble and this is fast becoming my favourite place on the forum!
