it was interesting ,anne diamond took 3 people determined to lose weight but kept putting it on again.

I wanted to scream at the tv...DO THE Cambridge Diet..dont have a gastric band .....!! lol

I saw bits of it yer, I was pleased for the girl they finally got to try on a wedding dress. She looked so relieved.

It's scary how much pressure we put on ourselves when we don't need to.

i mentioned this program earlier on my diary. It was interesting and ,having watched/read lots about dieting, i dont think i learnt anything new but it did remind of a few things.
i'm a big comfort eater so the bits about behaviour therapy and habit changing were interesting. I am going to invest in the beck diet solution book which is supposed to help in this area
