That programme last night about victorian, edwardian and 1920's diets? A bloke lost 10lbs in 4 days, just be chewing each mouthful 32 times! Mind you by the time meals were over, you wouldn't have had chance to eat much!!!!:p
 
LOL no I didn't see it but from what I remember about hte Paul McKenna diet book he advocates something similar. He says that as it takes you longer to eat you actually notice that you're full before you finish the plateful, it takes your tummy longer to let you know that it's full than it usually does for you to eat the meal.
