Did i do it right?

Ya know i been saying i never do an EE or Green day again cus it just does not suit me?

Well yesterday i started the day as a red day!

Had: 2x boiled eggs, 2 x quorn sausages

Lunch: Omellette with mushrooms and tomatoe..

Then by 4pm i decided last min to go into town, spent 2 hours there, time i got home i was starving so i thought "Oh i can still do an EE day", So i went to the chinse and had boiled rice with beef and mushrooms...

Then later on i thought "Oh i not had any HEB or HEA today, so i broke up 2 alpen light bars and had them with milk... (was so full i felt sick)..

So did i do EE proply?

Then this morning i thought "I fancy chilli con carnie, not had this for years", So i had same breaky and lunch as i did yesterday, and made my own chilli with extra lean mince, etc.. and had boiled rice with it.. And i just had 2 alpen bar lights with my milk as my HEA and HEB... Not had any syns yet... i still full!

Did i do it right today too?

I feel so bloated and guilty for some reason?

Now as of tommorrow till my next wi i WILL stick to red days just so i loose something! I don't wanna loose £'s i wanna loose lb's :D

Yes you have done ok Hun, but try and have some syns too..I know that you are full up, but even a chocolate option is something! Lol.
As long as you keep to the 1 HeA and 1 HeB a day, you are fine. Just remember to have your syns and plenty of fruit and veg.

Sorry but you really need to eat tonnes more fruit and vegetables. And I would try and vary your HEB - don't rely on alpen lights every day as some people find they feel bloated if they eat too many. In fact more variety in everything if you're having the same breakfast and lunch two days running. And drink lots of water.

I eat nothing but veg when i am doing red days, it is just so nice to have some days off from eating it, as it really gives me bad wind and it doesnt always blow out :(

I have just had some syns 2 alpen ligh bars!! lol cus thats all i have till i go shopping tommorrow..

My HEB are either ryvita minis, nimble, wholemeal roll or alpen bars!! All i can get hold of tbh..

And my HEA is always milk cus to much cheese gives me migraine :(

Do you know how many syns 2x alpen light bars are? Checked online and no results?
