Did I go way over??? How many in a breakfast?

hi everyone,

it's my weigh in day tomorrow and i only have a few weeklies left so need to be sure i haven't gone over?

been shopping today and popped into asda's cafe for some breakfast, i opted for a small breakfast which consisted of 1 pork sauasage, 1 piece of fried bacon, 1 fried egg, couple of spoonfuls of beans, 1 hash brown, i also had a piece of toast with a small portion of butter.

the breakfast isn't in the eating out guide, so i'm not sure whether i should just point per item out of the shopping guide or look in the eating out guide and find somewhere that does a breakfast and just copy those points? i'm worried that i've ordered without thinking and gone way over.

I would point it out per item in the shopping guide, and probably add a couple to allow for cooking methods etc. Also, it's already done, so don't worry about it too much. have something light tonight, do some exercise if you can, take what comes tomorrow, and start your new week fresh tomorrow :)
