Love him or hate him he had some very interesting things to show us about cheese tonight

Ok last night, Heston melted parmesan cheese in a pot to get the fat out, then rolled it out between two sheets of parchment then cut into lengths and toasted under the grill.....he made crisps!! Loved it!

He also made a cheese sauce with chicken stock and cheese........I'll be trying it out!

Tryed both before, totally lush.

Oh and the fondue....may have to do this next time I have folk over

Not a worry frumpty, I know you can make Parmesan crisps anyway but he just showed an easier way
