Hi I'm new to this forum, and having stayed the same weight for the past week and a half, I thought I could do with some fresh motivation. I have lost 6 lbs since I started on the 4th January. It would be great if someone wanted to be my diet buddy- but I have to say, I am only planning on losing another 4-6lbs because I want to just try and sustain a healthy weight. Maybe you're in a similar situation?
