I'm on DC 1200 cals a day plan and find it hard to reach that amount..So i use www.foodfocus.co.uk to track my cals. I also add 40g rice, pasta,couscouse, or a small roll with my soup, as well as adding loads veg
with main meal. and drink at least 2Lt water helps the hunger..

Hi I am the same add pasta, rice or extra veggies to dinner, why not keep some oat biccies for later in the evening.

The Stem ginger do it for me in the evening with a nice cup of tea YUM YUM!!
