Diet chef

    I have been on DC for 4 days now and have been a bit light headed :sigh: is this normal? finding food ok but hungry on a night time hope this will wear off after a day or two:)booklet in hamper does not give a very good selection of veg you can eat any ideas what would make me feel fuller cheers trisha:rolleyes:

    I'm on DC 1200 cals a day plan and find it hard to reach that amount..So i use www.foodfocus.co.uk to track my cals. I also add 40g rice, pasta,couscouse, or a small roll with my soup, as well as adding loads veg
    with main meal. and drink at least 2Lt water helps the hunger..

    I'm changin my lifestyle not dieting using CS
    Hi I am the same add pasta, rice or extra veggies to dinner, why not keep some oat biccies for later in the evening.

    The Stem ginger do it for me in the evening with a nice cup of tea YUM YUM!!
