I'm on DC 1200 cals a day plan and find it hard to reach that amount..So i use www.foodfocus.co.uk to track my cals. I also add 40g rice, pasta,couscouse, or a small roll with my soup, as well as adding loads veg
with main meal. and drink at least 2Lt water helps the hunger..
