From what I have heard Coke Zero is okay. But, I have had both (no more than one a day) with no problems.

Diet coke will knock you out of ketosis,it contains citric acid which is not good in this diet.Any type of zero drink is ok(coke,dr.pepper,...)

Well, I'm not currently having it but I have done in the past. Litres a day, didn't knock me out of ketosis or affect my losses, but everyone is different :)

If it's really really important to you (and it was for me, I wouldn't have lasted any longer on CD without :p) try it for a week and see how it is for you. :)

When there are so many 'safe' options its not worth the risk. As has been said Coke Zero is absolutely fine, so is Asdas own brand Diet coke. Anything with malic acid is ok. Citric acid is best avoided

I like Coke Zero okay, but my favourite is Diet Coke with lime (probably has extra citric acid!) lol

I think if this diet teaches me only one thing, it's that I can go without diet coke! I was absolutely addicted and could easily drink 2 litres a day! It's quite shocking how drinking diet coke and being overweight seem to go hand in hand! Plus my teeth are super White now! Lol x
