Diet coke

My pharmacy said that it was ok to drink diet coke

I would love to drink diet coke or lemonade but the dvd from the pharmacist said it wasn't allowed, it might not you out of ketosis.

Think its one of the sweetners added to it ...they can use pure form of sugar before they are refined!!! will def knock you out of keo

if in doubt with anything just look at their dvd again ..i know there was the video on their website but not sure if its still there now since they changed it recently but no, cant have any diet drinks until youve finished and into refeed x

Most people are fine with Coke Zero....as long as the diet drink does not contain citric acid it will not knock you out of ketosis. I've had a can every other day throughout the diet and been fine. There have been soooooooooo many posts on this. There is a thread that is all about coke zero.
