Heres a formula you might find helps you out.
(Calories + (Fat x 4) - (Fiber x 10)) / 50
That will tell you how many points youre eating, for example, an apple:
(64 + (0.1 x 4) - (1.9 x 10)) / 50
(64 + 0.4 - 19) / 50 = 0.9
therefore 1 point essentially.
