    Hi Bren

I think based on the very low calorie/fat/fibre content of the above 2 drinks you're looking at 0 points for 2L bottles, however bear in mind, the more you drink of it, the more those calories add up, and roughly 1 point is about 50/60 calories. So about 5 of the 2 litre bottles will give you a point. Perhaps a point to add if you were to consume them within a week.

    Hope that helps :)

Oh yea, and hang in there, keep it up, doing well.

    EDIT:

Heres a formula you might find helps you out.

    (Calories + (Fat x 4) - (Fiber x 10)) / 50

That will tell you how many points youre eating, for example, an apple:

    (64 + (0.1 x 4) - (1.9 x 10)) / 50
    (64 + 0.4 - 19) / 50 = 0.9

    therefore 1 point essentially.

    Thanks Scotty,

Never thought about adding a point to the total weeks consumption? Interesting.....
