'diet' food

For dinner I stir fried grilled chicken, courgettes, peppers and mushrooms in a homemade tomato sauce and stirred in a cheese triangle. I had that with loads of bns chips. Essentially it was just grilled chicken and vegetables but it's amazing how delicious 'diet' food can be with just a little creativitiy!

Sounds gorgeous think i'll try that one. I was not in a 'cooky' mood so just boiled some pasta, cooked some mushrooms in veg stock and stirred in 28g of philadelphia light into the stock to make a creamy sauce. Was 3 syns and yummy!
