I have just started with my new "diet plate" which measures out your portion sizes so no counting!!!!!

I am really pleased lost two pounds each week for last 3 weeks!!!!

Just being nosey and wondered if anyone else has tried it???? So far it seems so simple but effective.

I was interested in this - do you get a food plan with it or just the plate? Do you use it just for dinner or breakfast and lunch as well?
