diet pop??? yes or no??

hi there am a bit confused as in the original atkins book diet pop wasnt allowed but in the new book it says its allowed...is this right or a i getting mixed up ( doesnt take much to confuse me lol)??

Ive come to the conclusion that aspartame causes me major problems so I dont drink them but thats just me.

i can drink sugar free from asda but not redbull!

i only have it as a mixer with voddy anyway
