    Hi

Not sure if I'm in the right thread for this.

Just need some advice on what diet works for you especially if you have an underactive thyroid? I have also lost 7 pounds on slimming world and can't seem to lose anymore than that, I have also been on the diet plan since last June with SW.

Any advice would be helpful, am considering whether doing weight watchers would be any good as it's cheaper to do it online and I can eat the food that works with my thyroid, which I can't really eat on SW.

Hi there, I have an underactive thyroid that requires me to take 150mcg Levothyroxine daily. I'm currently doing Lipotrim and have lost 25lbs in 4 weeks. You mention foods that work with your thyroid being available on WW and not on SW. What would these be? I obviously don't want to regain weight after going hardcore with LT but have never been advised on foods to eat with a thyroid condition to avoid weight gain. Any hints would be gratefully received.
