Anyone else struggle to see results when on nightshift duties at work?

Every few weeks I have to do 2 weeks of nights at work in the hospital. I stick 100% and eat only a light meal at midnight and a light meal around 4pm after I wake up.

Not a pound seems to shift though. Grrrr x

Start 18st. Goal 12st. Currently 16st. 4 1/2lbs.

Nothing will make you age more than not sleeping from 10pm til 2am. Your body will struggle more and more depriving it of this basic need:(

Arw I know nightshift isn't great for you. Sadly the nhs doesn't close in the evenings. I knew that before I became a nurse. Someone gots to do it. Just means I need to try a little harder on the diet front. X

I work both day and night shifts 12 hours at a time. What I tend to do is Eat a meal as usual before work and have a mail meal around midnight and at 9pm and 3am have a piece of fruit and a cereal bar. I also stick to water only. It works for me.

I have no issues night shift, got some of my best losses.

I have a meal around 7pm before i go to work.

A small meal around midnight (normally soup and crackers)

And then a small portion of porridge just before i leave at 6am.

Then home and sleep. I wake up around 14.30 - 15.00 and have a small meal again normally cereal or toast.
