Recovering Cookie Addict
Grr... I'm really struggling this week. A combination of factors including emotional stress and inability to get Flapjacks has resulted in me having more meal replacements than normal. Yesterday was by far the worst day with probably twice the amount I should have. For some reason I'm so hungry my stomach hurts and I'm craving the way I haven't since pre LT. I've eaten no food, only meal replacements but thats another problem. Due to no Flapjacks I've had to buy high protein low carb meal bars (think a shake in a bar) however, even though they're low carb and low GI they *are* chocolate coated and am certain this addition of even a small amount of sugar has affected my blood sugar balance as my system had effectively been reset til now.
I can't manage at the moment on shakes alone (odd since I've previously done months on only shakes) so am basically trying to fumble along until the Flapjacks arrive (mid next week). I'll either have a gain or a sts this week as I'm out of ketosis but doing my best to stick with the routine as much as possible until normal service can be resumed. Just needed to come on and have a moan about my struggles heh
In other news, its official, two more size 12s from a different store fit like a glove! I guess my head got left behind cos they look tiny! X
