difficult week :(

Grr... I'm really struggling this week. A combination of factors including emotional stress and inability to get Flapjacks has resulted in me having more meal replacements than normal. Yesterday was by far the worst day with probably twice the amount I should have. For some reason I'm so hungry my stomach hurts and I'm craving the way I haven't since pre LT. I've eaten no food, only meal replacements but thats another problem. Due to no Flapjacks I've had to buy high protein low carb meal bars (think a shake in a bar) however, even though they're low carb and low GI they *are* chocolate coated and am certain this addition of even a small amount of sugar has affected my blood sugar balance as my system had effectively been reset til now.

I can't manage at the moment on shakes alone (odd since I've previously done months on only shakes) so am basically trying to fumble along until the Flapjacks arrive (mid next week). I'll either have a gain or a sts this week as I'm out of ketosis but doing my best to stick with the routine as much as possible until normal service can be resumed. Just needed to come on and have a moan about my struggles heh

In other news, its official, two more size 12s from a different store fit like a glove! I guess my head got left behind cos they look tiny! X

I can't do it hon. WWs was always my diet of choice pre LT and although a couple times I lost 4st I just couldn't handle making food choices. Obviously I know I must after LT however if I come off this *before* I reach goal I just know I won't achieve it because the results are too slow. Certainly when I'm on maintenance then a plan like wws would be great but for 2 stone, nah, I'll stick with LT, I know where I am with that hehe

Hang in there Cookeh. Stay strong. Up your water intake and keep busy. I can remember hitting a similar patch. It took me by surprise as I thought I had it all under control. It will pass, just sit it out. Fab news on the multiple 12s!!!!!!

Ah Trose its reassuring to hear you say that. I very occasionally used to snack on mini babybel light at the start but too much salt so nipped that in the bud, your loss will be fine.

So today didn't go as well as expected, although on the upside I'm 500 cals down on yesterday which is good! Another 500 down and I'm back to being angelic and in control... damn those protein bars, damn the pharmacy having only out of date Flapjacks for over 2 weeks! >.<

Its a learning experience though. After all I could have chosen to eat while I waited but instead chose the meal replacement routine, albeit 5 meals and a snack meal instead of 3, but I blame the sugar for that!

My calories are still within diet levels, just, but as I'm bumped out ketosis I'm expecting a slight glycogen gain on Sunday :( not to worry, I take my measurements faithfully every week and I've not pigged out so if the tape says I sts but the scales say I gained then i'll know the truth.

Tomorrows goal: do better. Xx
