    I've just signed up to WW again after doing SW and been reading people's food diaries and most are on PP
    I don't know now if to do PP and not filling and healthy!! Can you do PP in the week and a F&H at weekends?? I don't want the weighing etc when my hubby has his kids here it's hard enough finding food they'll eat without sorting my diet out too!!

    Hubby works away in the week so I only have myself and my teenagers to sort which is easy!

    You can switch between filling and health and propoints during the week

    Thanks hun, Im going to see how I get on with PP and if I need to do a F&H day I will. following PP is great while I'm working x Hope you have a good week :)

    Same am doing pp because easier wit work I only started today I was doin sw but switched x
