Missed breakfast today after working nightshift last night, got up at 1pm.

Had a stay the same this week, so not disappointed as the Pharmacist warned me this could happen, or even a small gain. Dont know if i will have a loss next week either as I am off to Nottingham for the weekend, but will try to be as good as possible.

I'm surprised you stayed the same on those calories but I guess it's what they say about the glycogen re-stores holding water - it can't possibly be fat.

Are you still feeling full quickly after eating or are you getting more used to food now? I was shocked at how many callories was in the maintenance bar you had at breakfast time, would a small bowl of cereal be just as good?

Yes she did say that the glycogen would get back to normal levels, hence why we have to do the re-feed properly, but I am now upping my calories to around 1000 (with the exception of Saturday night - way too much vodka lol)
Hopefully a loss this week, or at least a stay the same would be fine, but then I am hoping and would be happy to lose 1lb a week.

Yes I am still feeling full relatively quickly, but after the first couple of days it gets easier, just your stomach getting used to food again, so trying not to over stretch my stomach lol, its judging when to stop I am practising with now, so as not to go back to old habits.

I will probably go to porridge or weetabix for breakfast after I have finished all the free lipotrim samples are finished.

Looking forward to having you on re-feed. Are you going to follow any particular diet after your refeed 1-2 weeks?

You are doing so well on your refeed!!! I ve get 3 weeks and 4 days and counting before I start refeed!!!! I will refeed for a week then off the florida for 3 weeks, I know I cant be good there every year I go I put a stone on but alot of it is water so I am hoping to loose it again when I am back or even better still if I get too full quickly I might not put a stone on!!!!

When I went away for a holiday, I had gained 6lbs when I returned, but within 2 days of being home and back on TFR, those 6lbs disappeared. Not saying go and eat anything and everything on holiday, but like you say, a lot of the gain is water and soon disappears when you go back to TFR.

Have a great holiday and I am glad the diary is helpful to you. Its also a great way to look back and see if any mistakes are made regarding weight gain/loss.

I am nights tonight, so will add some fruit, but really struggling to get up to 1200 calories.
 
2 weeks on refeed.. ur doing great.. can't do much of a refeed at home in next week and a half but will be trying to stay as healthy as possible.. minus the vodkas I will be drinking!
