Disappointing 1st weigh in

tapanga, don't be worried.
If you have stuck to the eating plan you will lose weight.
Everyone loses at different rates but it does come off.
I have been a member of SW a few times (my 6th now!) and the most I have lost is 4 pounds the first week, which is what I achieved this time. Last week I stayed the same but realise why, as I indulged too much in grapes and bananas.
This week will be better.
It's better to lose steadily, and keep it off.
The pounds do add up and soon you will see and feel the difference.

Now come on everybody, all this feeling dissapointed with what you have lost is not on darlings. Every little bit you loose is that little bit nearer to your goal and you should be soooo proud of achieving any loss be it 1/2lb or 7lbs. Always remember....

The weight didn't all go on in a week and it isn't going to come off in a week.

We just have to be patient and determined to get there. As somebody already posted, by the time you get to goal you won't care a monkies about how much you lost each week. only that you got there in the end. That feeling of elation will out weigh everything else.

So lets be positive and get on with the job in hand, have a fabulous weekend and love ourselves to death. We are worth it. XXXXXX
