Disaster at my weekly weigh in

#1
Hi
Im new to this forum , I weighed in last night after two weeks holidays , so in theory three weeks of eating no exactly my programme. I was so disappointed to find Id put up 7.5lbs I nearly died to tell you the truth , has anyone any advice to get me back on track ? I know when I think logically back to what I was eating it was to be expected , for some reason I wouldn't have minded four or five pounds as much , but the half stone mark has really knocked

Please help , I have a wedding to go to at the end of june and put it this way the dress I bought me fitted 7.5lbs ago

Id appreciate any comments

Don't panic, it is just so crap that we can put weight on quicker than we can get it back off again. I'm struggling at the minute aswell, life is getting in the way.I would say draw a line, it is done and no amount of crying wll get ot back off (we wish ;) ). Make a realistic eating plan for the next week and get organised. I'm sure your holiday was worth it.
Chin up :D

Well you must have enjoyed yourself! I'd just say eat fewer syns and have as many speedy foods as possible. Good luck!

The good news is sudden gains are easier to get off than weight you've held for ages. Speed foods is a good idea. 2 litres of water every day and I find eating scan bran increases my weight loss :)

Oh no, poor you. I'm sure it will come off quickly though. I often find salty processed food can make me retain water and weigh more. I avoid anything like that the night before weigh in. Try eating unrefinded foods this week and lots of superspeed.

Same as I was going to say - get as many speed foods in as possible. Aim for 10 per day, sounds a lot but not as difficult as you think. Re-read your books for the lists of stuff thats included.

I also agree that extra water and scan bran works.

Haha I spend 30 weeks losing 90lb ish to get to target then put on 9.5lb in FLorida despite being good for the first 4 days!!!

On the plus side, I lost 6lb the week I got back then targe the weeke after.

I notice it is 2 weeks since you posted, how did it go?
