Happy to report a 2lb loss over the last two days, yippee!
I was very good at the services and at the hotel, made sensible choices and I even whisked up my shake for breakfast

Off to my friend's 50th birthday party tonight so I'm treating myself to a blow dry this afternoon, I can never achieve the same funky look

Looking forward to trying my cranberry bar for lunch too, and the peanut one tomorrow.

I eventually did mine with the help of Pierce...

I could get through all the next boxes, but did not understand the code malarky...at the end and got lost when I came to installing it here on the signature bit.

Was able to do it next time on my own
