I don't really have a diary thread, but then I'm in maint so I have nothing to track really. I do post photo's occasionally on my success thread.

Good morning everyone! Here's to another day in ketosis! Last night was a challenge. I really wanted sugar. I think it's all the holiday stuff going on.
