Dizziness

Hi All,

Don't know if any one has had this but have felt dizzy all day. To the point I think I'm going to fall over. I'm on day 6 and I'm doing SS and have had 3 shakes today with my 4th still to come. I've also have my 3 litres of water.

Don't know what to do... Haven't called CDC yet. Just thought I'd see if anyone else has had this.

Just don't know what to do....

I have suffered from dizziness, light headedness, palpitations, breathlessness. However, I'm on day 12 and I really think it is starting to get better now (fingers crossed!) xx

start - 12.2 current - 11.12 target 9.7

My OH gets it really bad on CD. My CDC thinks it may be low blood pressure. It's usually when he stands up his vision goes for a couple of seconds and he gets really dizzy!

I'm on week 3 and I still get dizzy sometimes.

Think I may move to SS+

Can't keep Feeling like this while at work will never get anything finished.

The thought of fainting on the train scares the life out of me.

Will speak to my CDC tomorrow
