Dizziness

Hi guys,
On day nine and since yesterday I keep getting dizzy! Each time I stand up my vision goes black and head spins! I have been drinking lots of water! Any advice?

I've had this today !!! Day 13. I just keep drinking water and resting think I overdid it yesterday xxx

It seems to be a common problem during the first few weeks, especially if you've been busy. Take it easy for a day or two and hopefully it'll pass

Thanks! I have had two late nights and just woken up so hopefully it was tiredness!
