Dizzy Spells

#3
I would say I sometimes feel lightheaded, was worse in the first few weeks but still happens if I get up too fast.

Yes me! It's when I have drank 2 rather than 3 litres of water the day before and its first thing in the morning. I feel dizzy, everything goes black and I have to stand still and hold onto something until it passes, sometimes my legs start to buckle under me. Not great but have not blacked out at least! Scary isn't it? x

OMG! It's not just me then!
I was starting to think I might have to stop. Just hope it stops soon. Can't afford to feel like this when I go back to work next week (swimming teacher).
Might see if they will check my bp when I go for my weigh-in.

Cheers guys. x

It's not something I tell people tbh can you imagine going on about a fab diet etc etc and then adding but I do nearly black out sometimes. Anyway I do know to be very careful of my water intake now and am careful getting up. Also stay in bed and have half litre water before I get up in the mornings too. xx

Hello, I get some dizziness but it feels more like my heads stuffed with cotton wool and I get confused and stoopid too (well more than normal anyway! lol). But the worst thing is that i'm forgetfull at the moment which is the total opposite to the normal me i'm usually really on the ball and know whats going on and when.

I have some problems with morning too, it takes me a while to wake up and defuzz (about 10 - 15 mins) where as before i started lipotrim i was up and about no probs.

Im drinking a good amount of water too at least 3 litres a day so i don't think i'm lacking in that, it just seems to be a side effect.

Ahh well it's all worth it in the end, just smile and wave boys, smile and wave. LMAO (the penguins from madagasgar just so you don't think i'm mental).

Yeah I always get dizzy spells but like most people its when i stand up too quickly. The only thing is the longer im on this diet the longer the spells last. Everything goes black for about 5 - 10 seconds and i just lean against a wall untill i get my sight back and the ringing stops.

Glad im not the only one it happens to. Guess its just normal!
