    Day 1 in the dieting house (if you say that with a Geordie accent it sounds so familiar lol)
    I'm sooo fed up of being fat and unfit, so I went back to slimming world last night. I weighed in at my heaviest ever and just wanted to cry :cry:
    I'm so ashamed and embarrassed that I've let myself get to this!
    I posted on here earlier today and have been so encouraged by the responses that I received that I'm raring to go, as one reply said I'll never have to see that BIG number again!

    I turned down cream cakes today - I didn't even want one I'm so ready to be slimmer!

    Today's food

    Breakfast - egg & 2 quorn sausages
    Lunch - Pasta quiche, mixed salad, low fat vinaigrette
    Dinner - quorn bolognaise & pasta, mixed salad
    HEXA - 350ml skimmed milk, 42g low fat cheddar
    HEXB - 2 x wholemeal bread (400g) loaf
    Snacks - physalis, banana, strawberries
    Syns - Shape Delight white chocolate yogurt 5.5 syns

    Please feel free to tell me where I'm going wrong or make suggestions - I need all the help I can get!

    Hi Dizzy Blonde,

    Well done on beginning your slimming world journey. If you're doing Green then your food looks fine but if you're doing extra easy then you're missing your superfree with breakfast. I'd munch on some fruit whilst your breakfast is cooking if you don't want any veg with it. Other than that it's fab so very well done again and all the best. xx

    I'm doing green days at the moment. You're right though I should incorporate either veg or fruit at breakfast time, will give that a go!
