Check out the ingredients - if sugar is listed then it won't be free. The Volvic Touch of Fruit ones can have as many as 5 Syns a bottle, I believe. If it's no added sugar or uses sweetener then it will be free.

Al depending on the flavour the strawberry says 0.3 g sugar in 250 ml, does this mean I will have to count it?

  8. Check the calorie count. If in doubt, use the 1 syn per 20 calories rule.
