I have been doing the Slimming World diet for 3 weeks now. I have so far managed to lose 10lb.
And just by eating the meals I make my hubby has lost 6lb too!
He hasn't been following the plan properly, but this week he wants to try counting syns, healthy extras, etc. He's wondering if he can have extra healthy extras or syns as he's a man and generally men are allowed to consume more calories. Does anybody know the answer to this?
